Sorting Templates in the Project Creation Wizard

Steps:

  1. Open the Create Project from Template screen.
  2. Click the Sorting menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select the desired sorting option (e.g., alphabetical order).

Importing a Project from a File

Steps:

  1. Open the Startup tab.
  2. Click Import Project from File.
  3. Choose Select from Computer or Select from Document Management.
  4. Follow the Project Transfer Wizard steps.
  5. Click Import to complete the process.

Matching Components During Project Import

Steps:

  1. Start the Import Project from File process.
  2. Proceed through the Project Transfer Wizard.
  3. In the DM, Links, HR, Forms, Flows, and PAT steps:
    • Automatically matched components will be highlighted.
    • Manually select counterparts for unmatched components.
  4. Click Next to continue.

Creating a New Blank Project

Steps:

  1. Open the Startup tab.
  2. Click Create New Blank Project.
  3. Enter the required details:
    • Project Name (Mandatory)
    • Title (Optional)
    • Save Location (DM) (Mandatory)
  4. Click the Create button.
  5. The newly created project will automatically open.

Handling Password-Protected Projects

Steps:

  1. Open the Startup tab.
  2. Click Open Existing Project.
  3. Find the lock icon next to password-protected projects.
  4. Click the project and enter the password.
  5. The project will open if the password is correct.

Creating a Project from a Template

Steps:

  1. Open the Startup tab.
  2. Click Create Project from Template.
  3. Use the Search function or Sorting to find the template.
  4. Click on the desired template.
  5. Follow the Project Creation Wizard steps.
  6. Click Create Project to finalize.

Using the Search Function in Project Templates

Steps:

  1. Open the Create Project from Template screen.
  2. Type the template name in the Search Bar.
  3. The template list will filter results dynamically.
  4. Select the desired template.

Opening an Existing Project

Steps:

  1. Open the Startup tab.
  2. Click Open Existing Project.
  3. Use Search or Sorting to locate the project.
  4. Click on the project name to open it.
